Joe Sr. has spent over 40 years working in real estate industry and related industries. He was co-owner of Citizens Mortgage Co., a general insurance company, a savings and loan and a bank. He has been involved in loan servicing both in residential and commercial loans along with development of both types of real estate. He also has extensive experience in processing and handling REOs and BPOs. He is back in Denver working with his son to build a REO & BPO division of The Bogar Group, working with financial institutions dealing with mortgage foreclosures.
